1. Products NicheLeads sells digital data products including pre-built lead lists and custom-built lead lists. All data is sourced from publicly available records and enriched with contact information.

2. License Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the data for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the data with third parties.

3. Acceptable Use You agree to use the data in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable anti-spam or data protection regulations. You are solely responsible for how you use the data.

4. No Guarantee of Results NicheLeads provides contact data as-is. We do not guarantee that any contact will respond, convert, or result in a sale. Business outcomes depend entirely on your outreach strategy and execution.

5. Data Accuracy We make reasonable efforts to verify and enrich all data before delivery. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact fields. No refunds are issued for bounced emails or outdated information.

6. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your payment information.

7. Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
