Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by NicheLeads are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or a Google Sheets link has been accessed.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

• The file was never delivered to your email
• The download link is broken or inaccessible
• The file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@nicheleads.store with your order number and a description of the issue.

Custom lead list orders — refunds are available only if we are unable to fulfill your order. Once a custom list has been delivered, all sales are final.
